Secured Lending Sales Manager
£25-30k basic (£mid 40k OTE) + Benefits

Established in 1999, our client, a successful finance company with an impressive growth rate has grown to become a multi-million pound company with the staff of over 100. Specialising in helping people either with or without financial difficulties obtain loans or re-mortgages, they have organised in excess of £150 million of loans in the last 12 months. Due to growth and expansion, they are looking for an experienced sales manager with exceptional drive and selling skills – is this you?
As Secured Lending Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing a team and motivating, training and developing staff to ensure team sales targets are achieved whilst ensuring adherence to compliance regulations. Sub prime experience desirable, CEMAP essential.
You will also be involved on a day-to-day basis with Directors and Executives to discuss future developments with overall view to increasing profitability for the company.
The successful candidate will have a strong, purposeful persona, exceptional communication skills, excellent process thinking and creative problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
